Patrick Waller oversees the Warranty Service, Maintenance and Service Contacts for all installation projects. Patrick is also the company contact for providing system evaluations performed by a qualified technician.

The Service Department handles everything Audio-Visual – sound systems, projector and wall mount displays, touch-screen systems, and paging systems. A full-time programmer is on staff to service any AMX, Crestron, BSS or other system programming service requirements.

Patrick is Worship Pastor at Waypointe Christian Fellowship in Richmond, Ca. and has been a manager at Pro Media / UltraSound since 2005.
