Whether your needing service on your presentation systems, or some telephone support, you can always call our service department and we will be more than happy to assist your audio visual needs.
Phone Support and Response:
Calls made to Service Dispatch / Technician will provide support to return system to operation and/or scheduling of onsite service call. Messages left during regular business hours (8am-5pm) will be returned within 2-hours of your call for assistance.
Dispatch of repair Technicians can be arranged by calling (510)-741-2925. Phone line is forwarded to Technician-on-call’s cell phone when in the field or during off-hours.

Specialty Technicians such as Crestron / AMX Certified programmer are at the same “Field Service Rate”

Our qualified Service personnel will repair and maintain your Audio Visual System with efficiency and a superior level of courtesy and respect. Our Technicians have received training from equipment manufacturers as well as valuable field repair experience.
Service contracts are tailor-made to fit the needs of your facility. We will also make recommendations when Lamps may be needed or when Manufacturers are offering special discounts for products of interest.
